Spiritual Growth

I had my final interview last Sunday for the job I am applying for overseas. It was a grueling experience but I got the job.

I was asked too many questions about my job description, probably the interviewer, a foreigner at that, would really like to find out if I mastered what I was doing.

I came out with flying colors. Whew!

Here I come Saudi Arabia.

I'm both excited and happy. This will be my first time to work outside the country. I heard a lot of things, hardships, loneliness and being homesick. I don't know If I'll feel the same. All I know i s that I am going to work hard so that in two years time, I can save enough to start a business back home.

Am not that young anymore but I definitely still have the drive.
The Angels are telling me too, that I have to reinforce and develop the spiritual part of me. My relation with God Almighty. To be attuned with myself, my capability and my confidence. Courage comes from within and with the help of prayers and faith anything is possible.

I know also am going to be alright.

Wish me luck. Hopefully within this month of June or early July, am going to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

My blog will continue from there, and chronicle my adventures and my experiences there.

Best of luck to you!

You'll have homesickness. Mine always hits after 2-3 weeks and mainfests itself as a hate for the place I'm in and the feeling I never should have gone in the first place. Another few weeks later and I'm feeling fine. That's what happened to me here in the Philippines....and before that, Japan. Just remember when it does, not to keep it all bottled up inside. Don't tell the locals! Tell your friends. And be sure to tell them once you've changed your mind and think the place is OK after all!

Hope this helps
